All sales are final
All our products are digital downloads (ebooks/PDFs) delivered instantly after purchase. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete.
Problems with your download
If a download link doesn’t work, a file is corrupted, or you received the wrong title, email support@theedgeworks.in within 7 days of purchase with your order number. We’ll fix it or send you the correct file.
Duplicate purchases
Bought the same title twice by accident? Contact us within 7 days and we’ll sort it out.
Purchases on other platforms
Purchases made on other platforms (such as Amazon Kindle or Superprofile) follow that platform’s own refund rules.
